Oh, YUK! My MIL passed away last week, and I'm the resident cook for the family! I have a SIL who is a chef, but they have moved to Colorado and we only had her in tow for a couple of days!
My FIL actually prefer's my "down home" type of cooking!

Anyway, tonight I made a GREAT chicken with a marinade! 1/2 c salza, 1/4 c dijon mustard, a couple TBLSP of lime juice.
It was all good! Enjoyed with some asparagus and DH had a tater to finish it off!
