Last night I threw together a zaterains dish. I added chicken, onion, pepper, mushrooms and, of course zuccini (they have started!)It was pretty tasty! Now I have to figure what herbs and spices to use to make it NOT from the box! Too much salt!

Tonight is baby back ribs on the grill, fresh green beans and I'm not sure what else. Maybe mashed taters!

Last night was leftover night. I cleaned out some stuff in the refrigerator by taking some left over steak and making fajitas with caramelized onions and sauteed peppers. I also threw together a tomato, mozzarella, basil and roasted beet salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. There was also a giant 1/2 eaten hamburger that my daughter brought home from lunch that was pretty good. I don't know about the rest of you, but I love cleaning out the refrigerator once a week, tossing out stuff that can't be eaten and finishing off the stuff that can.

Last night we had stovetop tuna noodle casserole with 1/2 and 1/2, parm, tuna (of course), Old Bay, lemon pepper, garlic and olive oil. Not exactly health food, but definitely comfort food! :D
