DH and I have a day off in the middle of the week. I am making flips for us. Tomorrow there is a big ag tour at his job with a huge (free) chicken barbeque, so I'm hoping for leftovers tomorrow. Will have burgers out just in case. They are cooking for 600 (their best guess.) Their chicken is awesome. No tomatoes in the sauce. Peanut oil, garlic juice, lemon and some other stuff. I'd have to look to find the recipe that I got from the man who began these feeds. I had to bribe him for it ... it was a huge secret back then. He kept the recipe in his head. Hmmmm ... may have to dig out that recipe and try it ourselves again.

Nancy, apparently not a nut allergy among them. No emergency calls needed :D Not much left over for the folks who work there, either. DH got one piece of white meat chicken and some beans and a bun, which is better than nothing, but he likes dark meat. Oh well, he didn't have to pack a lunch that day.
