In my quest for the ultimate burger, today's offering is topped with sliced avocado, Monterey Jack cheese, bacon slices, and salsa. I also found a recipe for BLT pasta salad that I think I am going to have to try. Have the usual cubed up summer fruits in bowls for easy lunch fare that will serve for dinner as well.

That sounds like a GOOD burger!
We're having surf and turf. Steak and scallops on the grill, pesto pasta and some veges. I might steal some green beans from the neighbor cause a gopher got into my raised bed and ate my green beans!!!!!!! I'm planting a new bed tomorrow. Gotta have my GBs!

We were at Barbecue Bob's house celebrating his birthday. He smoked a whole pork shoulder for pulled pork and a whole brisket. There was baked beans, corn bread, salads and a few adult beverages. A great night. Happy Birthday Robert.
