Here are some more hints:

It comes from Italy and has a soft and runny texture near the rind but is almost fluffy near the center.
The rind is thin, white and wrinkles with age.
It comes in 3 inch by 1 1/2 inch cylinders.
It has a pale cream color.
This cheese has a strong aroma when ripe with a grassy flavor with a hint of mushroom.
