| Today it will be crock pot Beef Stroganoff. It takes a while to cook, but I think it's worth the effort. |

| DH had to run into town for some home improvement supplies so he is bringing deli chicken, not sure if it will be rotisseried or fried, but either works fine. Fried makes lunches for him next week, and I still have leftover beer butt chicken from last weekend that needs to be transformed into chicken salad, so I really don't need any more leftover chicken. Stroganoff sounds really good, too ... maybe I better go scout the freezer for tomorrow. |

Freezer cleaning time! The last of last years lamb. Leg-o-lamb!
I think this was the last time to buy a half lamb. It was sooooo expensive! We really don't eat lamb very often, so I'll just buy it at the store from now on. I won't, however buy New Zealand lamb when I live in Sonoma Co. and we have loads of local lamb!
