I made some Georgia style Brunswick Stew yesterday. Not bad, after I had cooked it longer enough for most of the liquid to be gone. At first it had too much ketchup taste, but after the liquid was gone had a much different taste.
Not something I want very often, but a couple or three times a year it’s good…. |
