I must have been psychic! Even though I'm off work for these 2 weeks, I had a feeling between running out to the river to do a walk through of the rental house and taking my BIL's mentally ill sister to a post-op appt, I MIGHT run out of time to cook dinner?
I fixed up some beef stroganoff in the C Pot this morning and it was a good thing!
We sat in that #^%&^&*&*( Dr's office for over an hour before someone came in to tell us that the Dr was in surgery and wouldn't be back! They couldn't tell us an hour earlier???????? They "claimed" they called someone (couldn't say who, though!, no one got a message!) Finally got out of there at 5:15! There were only a couple of cars left in the parking lot! GRRRRRRRR
Got home in time to get DH fed and off to Uke club. I begged off! Too stressed out!
Tomorrow......ME time!
