I don't even know what I am making tonight .. we've been bratted and burgered out .... maybe something pasta would be a nice change, with a tossed salad or just sliced tomatoes and cukes. Some garlic bread ... I think I know what's for dinner!! :D

DH forgot to turn off the BBQ tank the other day, so the propane is gone.
I'm going to pull out the wok he bought me and do a stir-fry tonight with chicken and a bunch of veges.

Yup! DH likes gas. He also uses charcoal when he's doing his "cowboy cookin". Sorry to disappoint! NT

I, also, have to join the ranks of the tanks. Just more convenient and timesaving for me. I do use wood chips and chunks, though, for smoke and flavor.
