Dinner yesterday was at mom's. Prime Rib, ham, baked taters, strawberry red onion salad, lefse, buns, corn, and several different kinds of cookies. Today I'm trying my hand at a green pork chili using the rest of the savory pork roast I made this past weekend. If it turns out good, I'll post the recipe.
