I cooked up a bunch of hamburger last night and used some of it for a quick Rice-A-Roni hotdish (Rice-A-Roni, sour cream and meat) before swimming lessons. Tonight I'll use some for taco salad and if there's any left we'll have cheeseburger roll-ups tomorrow (tortillas with meat and cheese inside, rolled up and baked at a low temp to melt to cheese). It's nice to actually have a PLAN for our meals this week :-)
