DH and I will have a rib eye steak today, with baked potatoes and some artisan bread heated in the oven. Some watermelon and strawberries for dessert.

Yesterday we had balsamic chicken.

Fired up the wood burning oven and made 6 pizzas with a few friends but also grilled sausage and then shrimp using a cast iron grill pan in the oven. They were delicious and show me how much more I could be using the oven for other meals besides pizza.
