| I have a muffin tin which is for large muffins. Luckily it holds exactly 1 cup, so I fill up each one with left over stock and...carefully set in my freezer. Once frozen, I warm up the bottom, perhaps with hot water in a pie plate to just thaw the pan, slip each out and quickly put them into a big freezer bag, then back in the freezer they go. I always have pre-measured, 1-cup stocks available. |

| That's good. I usually do it with ice cube trays, but having some of those 1 cuppers would be good too. |
