Soy-Ginger Sauce

chinese food recipesThis recipe came is from Suzanna Foo Chinese Cuisine. I am a huge fan of her restaurant here in Philadelphia and of her sisters restaurant in Ardmore on the Main Line. I have this sauce posted because it goes so well with her Pork Dumplings that we made as a family one afternoon with everyone helping out. You can read about the experience and see the recipe at Dumplings In A Row on my Cooking & Recipe Blog.

I've had the pleasure to dine at Suzanna's restaurant and am thrilled that I can try some of her recipes at home. Her Chinese creations are unique and every item I tasted was perfect. I highly recommend trying some of her recipes in your home. Check out her first cookbook, Suzanna Foo Chinese Cuisine.
