How to Saute Sea Scallops with Grilled PineappleA Valentine's Day Cooking Video

For the last few days, I have been trying to inspire the guys to cook their favorite Valentine a stay-at-home romantic dinner. You can see a list of my blog posts at the end of this blog but also be sure to check out my Squidoo: A Romantic Valentine's Day Dinner because it will give you all the reasons you may want to dine in this year plus a bunch of great recipes, romantic music and movie suggestions and a whole lot more.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words so I wonder what a whole bunch of moving pictures in the form of a video are worth. I originally posted another cooking video for sea scallops over mozzarella but the author removed it from YouTube so it is no longer available.

Since I am more interested in showing you how to properly saute scallops than one specific recipe, I think you will find this substitute cooking video by Chef Joe both inspirational and informational. He takes you through the basics of preparing sauteed sea scallops served on grilled pineapple with cilantro juice.

Chef Joe talks about the dry heat cooking technique of saute where you will be using high heat and a small amount of lubricant.

Sauteed Sea Scallops With Watermelon Salsa and Cilantro Juice Served on Grilled PineappleDo I need to say more? I think the title says it all.

It doesn't get any simpler than this appetizer that will be perfect for Valentine's Day.

Enjoy!

This was a truly fantastic read and I'd personally like to return and read even more if possible. I guess I'll simply check back later on.
