We wanted to share with you this amazing infographic call The Anatomy of a Top Chef. Yes, it is very basic, but if you are thinking about attending culinary school or baking / pastry school, it offers some good information on the history and purpose of a chef’s clothing including his hat and coat.

The infographic also details some of the more important culinary equipment a culinary student will be working with in school and once on the job. We particularly like the graphic description of a professional kitchen’s cooking stations.
