- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard or yellow mustard for a milder taste
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon plain Green yogurt optional for extra creaminess
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together mustard, honey, and vinegar until smooth.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking, until the dressing is well combined and emulsified.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
(Optional) Stir in yogurt or mayo for a creamy version.
You can use it immediately or store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
