Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard or yellow mustard for a milder taste
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon plain Green yogurt optional for extra creaminess

Instructions

  • In a small bowl or jar, whisk together mustard, honey, and vinegar until smooth.
  • Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking, until the dressing is well combined and emulsified.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • (Optional) Stir in yogurt or mayo for a creamy version.
