Prosciutto Wrapped Melon or Pears

- 1 small ripe melon or 3 ripe pears
- 7 thin slices prosciutto
- freshly ground pepper optional

Prepare the fruit
If using melon: Cut in half, remove seeds, peel, and slice into wedges or bite-size pieces.
If using pears: Core and slice into wedges. Leave the peel on for structure and color.
