Kitchen Conversion Calculator: Your Complete Cooking Math Tool
Ever blank on how many teaspoons are in a tablespoon, or need to convert cups to grams for a baking recipe? You’re not alone — and the answer should take three seconds, not a trip down a Google rabbit hole.
Use the calculator above for instant help with the four conversions home cooks need most: unit conversions (cups, tablespoons, ounces, milliliters), recipe scaling (halving, doubling, or adjusting any recipe to any number of servings), cups to grams by ingredient (because 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of sugar are not the same weight), and temperature conversion between Fahrenheit, Celsius, and Gas Mark.

Would you pin your conversion chart to Pinterest so I can post it? It is very good. Will it work if it is repinned?
Sorry Jill, it’s not a pin but please let your friends know where they can find it. — RG
Thanks for the conversion table, just moved to Europe from U.S. having to convert all sorts of measurements. This table works great. Added to top of my favorite coversion list and am able to delete several others.
Your calculator brings up Imperial units of measure in both drop downs. I tried it in Chrome and IE.
Thanks for the conversion table, I printed it!!!
I love all your conversions… so simple once you see it
If you ever what to drive yourself crazy… are nutritional values
Big difference in cooked and uncooked values. Packages usually state the uncooked values…. but when you portion control your usually using cooked product. Eating 1 cup dried rice portion is way different than 1 cup cooked rice. I always assumed the package was stating the cooked portioned recommended size. The differences blew my mind
Wow, that is so interesting Melissa. I have to look into that further.
